Lakepoint

Malaysian e-commerce ERP and WMS

From the supplier's invoice to your accounts.

Lakepoint runs the whole operation behind a marketplace business: buying stock, receiving it, racking it, selling it on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, packing it, handing it to the courier, and posting the money to AutoCount or QuickBooks.

Sells where you sell, several stores each

  • Shopee
  • Lazada
  • TikTok Shop

One system covers

End to end
  • BuyPurchase orders and agents
  • HoldWarehouses, racks, bins
  • SellShopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
  • ShipScanned parcels and manifests
  • PostAutoCount and QuickBooks

Buying, the warehouse, the packing floor, and the accounts all read from the same stock record.

The whole loop

Seven steps, one system.

Most tools cover selling and stop there. Lakepoint starts before the stock exists and finishes after the money lands.

  1. 01

    Buy

Raise a purchase order against a supplier, shipping agent, and payment agent.

  2. 02

    Receive

Consolidate incoming shipments and take them inbound at the warehouse.

  3. 03

    Rack

Replenish the fulfilment centre and put stock away by zone, rack, level, and bin.

  4. 04

    Sell

Marketplace orders land in one queue, matched to the stock record behind the listing.

  5. 05

    Pick and pack

Release a batch to a trolley, then pack it at a scan-driven packing station.

  6. 06

    Hand over

Scan each parcel onto a carrier manifest for the courier collecting it.

  7. 07

    Post

Send marketplace incomes and fees to AutoCount or QuickBooks as mapped entries.

Why Lakepoint

Built for the parts that actually hurt.

A real WMS, down to the bin

Zones, racks, levels, columns, and storage bins each with capacity, alert thresholds, and a buffer. Replenishment and bin counts are jobs in the system, not a spreadsheet on the floor.

A floor that runs on scans

Packers scan a trolley to load its batch. Short picks, swaps, and no-stock are recorded against the shipment, and throughput is attributed to the staff who did the work.

Sourcing that crosses borders

Purchase orders carry the supplier amount in CNY and the converted amount in MYR, with processing and logistic fees, agent bank accounts, and consolidation before inbound.

Accounts without re-keying

Shopee incomes, Lazada transactions, and TikTok Shop statements are prepared as entries and mapped per store to your accounts, customers, and items.

Made for Malaysia

Fitted to how local sellers work.

Lakepoint was built around Malaysian e-commerce operations rather than adapted from a system meant for somewhere else.

The marketplaces that matter here
Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are first-class, and you can run several stores on each one.
AutoCount, not only QuickBooks
The accounting system most Malaysian businesses already run is supported alongside QuickBooks.
Your couriers, already in the system
Manifests are built against the carriers collecting from Malaysian warehouses every day.
Buying from China, landed in ringgit
Purchase orders hold both currencies, with the agents and consolidation that route goods home.

Access

Everyone gets their own console.

Permissions are set per screen, so the floor is not looking at purchase orders and the accounts team is not looking at rack layouts.

Packers and pickers

A scan screen and their own batches.

Warehouse team

Inbound, transfers, counts, and replenishment.

Buyers

Purchase orders, agents, and reorder points.

Accounts

Entries, field mapping, and exports.

Common questions

Is this an order tool or a full warehouse system?
Both. Stock is tracked down to zone, rack, level, column, and storage bin, with replenishment jobs, bin counts, stock take, and transfers between warehouses.
Can we run more than one store per marketplace?
Yes. Each connected store keeps its own sync state, invoice prefix, and accounting mapping, so several Shopee or Lazada storefronts can run side by side.
Do packers need a computer at every station?
No. A packer scans a trolley to load its batch, and picking, packing, and parcel handover all run on scanners with printed labels and airway bills.
Does it help with buying stock, not just selling it?
Purchase orders run through approval with suppliers, shipping agents, and payment agents, and Reorder Point works out safety stock and reorder dates from your own sales history.
Can we limit what each person sees?
Access is role-based for each screen, so a packer, a buyer, and the accounts team only see the parts of the console they work in.
